PINK IN THE RINK
This was one of two pink in the rink games that the Mooseheads are taking part in. The Voltigeurs wore pink jerseys during the game. They also wore them yesterday when Drummondville took on Rimouski. It's all to help raise awareness for breast cancer and the research to stop it.

SWEEP
Three games in three nights is a big task to finish. Well your Herd have not only finished it but will be coming home with the weekend sweep after winning today as well as Friday night and Saturday. They were able to collect all 6 points available to them in the 3 days.

POWERPLAY
The powerplay seems to be clicking better as two of the 3 goals were scored with the man advantage. Halifax ended the night 2 for 6 on the powerplay and a perfect 4 for 4 on the penalty kill.

SHOTS
Final shots ended in a tie with both teams shooting 24 pucks at the net.

MEIER
Timo Meier scored a couple of nice goals last night. He recorded the first goal of the game for the Moose tying up the game in the middle frame. He than tied up again with less then 5 minutes left on the powerplay.

Jonathan Drouin scored his second goal in 4 games, scoring the game winner. He had a second goal taken away.
