DRUMMONDVILLE VOLTIGEURS vs. HALIFAX MOOSEHEADS
Puck drops at 5:00pm
Centre Marcel Dionne (3,038) ~ Drummondville, QC
PREVIEW - 3-in-3. Three games in 3 days, all on the road in Quebec. Halifax has had to get the 2 points adwarded to a win in extra time both times. On Friday, the Mooseheads had a 2-0 win and were forced into overtime while last night Halifax native Ryan Falkenham was the hero scoring the tying goal and game winner. They will look to not have to play more then 60 minutes this evening for the third straight game when they travel to Drummondville to take on the Voltigeurs. Jonathan Drouin seems to have found his grove in the last two games recording 4 points after having none in his season debut.
If the Herd can skate away with a win and go three for three on this weekend's road trip, they will have a winning record for the first time all season. It will be tough as Halifax will be playing one of the top teams in the league both in team records and powerplay. The road teams powerplay has gotten better partly because they went 2 for 3 with a man advantage last night.
Drummondville will travel to Halifax in a little over a month to take on the red, white and green. Both teams will look a little different as hopefully a lot of them will be sporting moustaches.
