SHORTHANDED

ODD GOAL
A very odd play happened last night. Alex Bureau came way out of his net to play the puck, which you don't see much in the Q league, but instead of passing it to one of his teammates he passed it to Brent Andrews. Andrews then was able to shot it towards the net and the puck went in to give the Mooseheads the lead 2-1 and they never looked back. It was also one of the shorthanded goals scored.
FUCALE
Zach Fucale had to be solid last night as the Eagles peppered him with a total of 43 shots during the game. He made some pretty good saves too. He also didn't wear his new colorful helmet instead opted to wear a plain white one, no word why.
UP NEXT
Halifax will be back at it on Friday for their annual Pink in the Rink game. Puck drops at 7pm against the Val-d'Or Foreurs.
