PLAYOFF GAMEDAY #9: at Gatineau

IT'S GAMEDAY
GATINEAU OLYMPIQUES vs. HALIFAX MOOSEHEADS
Series: HAL leads 3-1
Puck drops at 8:30pm
Robert Guertin Centre (3,717) ~ Gatineau, QC

PREVIEW - Win and you move on, loose and you come back home for another game against the same team. That's the case for the Halifax Mooseheads. For the Gatineau Olympiques it's win and you stay alive, loose and your season is done. This is a huge game for both teams. If Halifax wins than they can prove that they can handle the nosiest of buildings despite The Bob being one of the smallest. If they loose, well than maybe they don't have it in them to go all the way even though they have the scoring power to go all the way again. Though there are different referees tonight don't expect either team to not play the rough game especially Gatineau who will be firing on all cylinders trying to get the Moose off their game by ramping up the home fans with hits, fights, pains and goals.

NOT PLAYING - Darcy Ashley will be a game time decision as will the heatlhy scratches

NOTES
  • Brandon Vuic will not be suspended for tonight's game. His agressor penalty, which carries an automatic one game suspension, was overturned by the QMJHL yesterday so good news for the Mooseheads and Vuic
