RECAP: Second

HALIFAX - The second home and home series between provincial rivals Halifax Mooseheads and Cape Breton Screaming Eagles was started by a win the Herd in the first game once again. This one however was a little closer in the scoring department despite the Eagles shooting a lot more pucks on the Halifax net than the Mooseheads did on the Cape Breton net. Halifax got out to a somewhat slow start but was able to get some lucky bounces and had a 2-0 lead half way through the second period. Cape Breton made it close to end the second period. Zach Fucale gave the Moose the chance to receive the victory making ten saves in the third period, which saw no scoring by either team. The win gives the Mooseheads it's second 2 game win streak of the season.
