Moose on November's Player to Watch

The National Hockey League's Central Scouting Services announced their Players to Watch for November. The list includes draft eligible players from North American clubs and international teams. Two current Halifax Mooseheads players were ranked once again this month.

Each player is given a rating. 'A' players indicates a 1st round canditate, 'B' players are 2nd and 3rd round canditate while 'C' players indicate members who likely will go in the 4th, 5th or 6th round.

Swiss forward Timo meier jumped to an 'A' ranking in Novemebr up from a 'B' ranking in October while American forward Connor Moynihan dropped from a 'B' rating last month to a 'C' rating. Mooseheads prospect John Marino was again ranked 'B' on the list.

Meier still leads the Herd in points with 11 goals and 16 assists in 24 games played this season. He's showing real charater and promise this year trying to show he deserves to be drafted in the NHL.

Moynihan has 3 points (2G & 1A) in 19 games played. Marino, a defenceman, has 2 goals and 11 points in 22 games played for the USPHL's South Shore Kings.

Saint John and Charlottetown have the most players ranked this month with 5 each. There is a total of 46 QMJHL players ranked with 7 listed with an 'A' ranking.
