Centre Bionest de Shawinigan (5,195) ~ Shawinigan, QC

It might not be a happy Thanksgiving for Connor Moynihan who will be serving his first game of a 2 game suspension tonight when the Halifax Mooseheads take on the hometown Shawinigan Cataractes but it is for the Herd who are on a two game win streak. Halifax will be looking to keep it going but with injuries piling up and facing a team that has also won 6 of their last 10 games, the Mooseheads will be in tough this evening on the road. Shawinigan on the other hand will be hoping to pass division rival Victoriaville Tigres in the standings with a win and even get a bit more breathing room from the Moose. Don't expect this game to be as feisty as the last two. The Cataractes and Mooseheads are in the middle of the pack in penalty minutes and they also see each other only a couple of times a season.

This is the first of two meetings this season between the two teams. Shawinigan and Halifax met twice last year with the Herd coming out with both wins including a 7-1 victory at the Metro Centre back in late February.
