It's a rematch of the 2014 semi finals series. This is the first time since that Game 7 3-2 loss that your Halifax Mooseheads are playing the Val-d'Or Foreurs. The Mooseheads might end up having an advantage this evening, hosting a team that will be playing their third game in three nights. The Herd are looking to get back on track after being shutout in two straight games. The Foreurs have been going through the east coast this weekend, losing both games.

Mooseheads: 2-4-1-0 = 5 points (5th in Maritimes division, 15th overall)

Last Games

Val-d'Or is coming off a shootout loss on Saturday night in Moncton. Nicolas Aube-Kubel led the Foreurs with a goal and an assist while Keven Bouchard made 31 saves against the Wildcats.

Halifax is coming off a another shutout loss, being defeated by the Rouyn-Noranda Huskies 5-0 on Thursday night. Zach Fucale made 36 saves in the loss.
