Drouin Produces in Pro Debut

Former Halifax Mooseheads player Jonathan Drouin finally made his professional debut this evening. Drouin was reassigned to the American Hockey League's Syracuse Crunch by the Tampa Bay Lightning earlier this week for a conditioning stint to heal his broken thumb. The former team scoring leader for your Herd was in the lineup as the Crunch took on the Springfield Falcons. Jonathan scored at 7:18 in the third period to give Syracuse a 3-2 lead and it would end up being the game winner. He was also a plus-3 with 2 shots and received first star honors.

Congratulations to Jonathan on scoring his first pro goal.
