Welcome to the middle of the week. Your Halifax Mooseheads play their first mid-week game of this season and it's against division rival, the Charlottetown Islanders. It's also Halloween night at the Scotiabank Centre so don't forget to dress up. The boys will be looking to get back on track this evening after going 1-2-0-0 on their three game road trip in Quebec. Charlottetown might be the team that they needed to play right now considering the Mooseheads record against the Islanders. Halifax fans are just itching for the team to keep up with their good home record, with 8 of the Herd's twelve points coming on Scotiabank Centre ice. 

This is the third game between these two teams this season. Halifax is 2-0-0-0 against the Isles with the last game being on October 10th. The Moose were able to spread the offense around in a low scoring game with 7 different players collecting one point each.

Last Games

Charlottetown is coming off a 2-1 win on home ice versus the Cape Breton Screaming Eagles on Sunday. Daniel Sprong had a goal and an assist to lead the Islanders while Mason McDonald made 33 saves for the victory. 

Halifax is coming off a devastating 9-0 loss on Sunday evening in Victoriaville against the Tigres. Kevin Resop made 26 saves on 35 shots to take the loss.
