Quebec has not been nice to our Halifax Mooseheads so far on this road trip and the team will look to rebound from two straight losses when they take on the Gatineau Olympiques tonight. Halifax was defeated by the Rouyn-Noranda Huskies and Val-d'Or Foreurs over the weekend, the second one was unexpected. This will be the last matchup of the regular season against a team from the French province for the Mooseheads. The top line of Raphael Lavoie, Samuel Asselin and Antoine Morand have been quiet the last couple of games and hopefully a match against 13th place Gatineau will bring them back to life. Both goaltenders will be looking to bounce back as well, I'm not sure who will get the start but Alex Gravel was pulled in the match against the Huskies while Cole McLaren played in Sunday's game. The Olympiques are also on a losing skid, going 0-3-1-0 in their last 4 games.

This is the second and final match up against these two teams this season. Halifax is 1-0-0-0 against the Olympiques while Gatineau has a 0-1-0-0 record versus the Mooseheads. The last game was on February 15 where Halifax skated with a 7-2 victory on the back of Raphael Lavoie's 2 goals and two assists.

Overall Records
Mooseheads: 45-13-2-1 = 93pts (3rd overall, 1st in Maritimes division)
Olympiques: 22-34-4-2 = 50pts (13th overall, 2nd in West division)
