The quarterfinal match-ups for the 2014 World Junior Ice Hockey Championships in Malmo, Sweden have been decided. Despite losing the last preliminary game, Finland still received the point that they needed to secure second place in Group B. The Finns took on Team Switzerland to see where each team would end up in the group standings. Finland came back from a 3-1 deficit in the last half of the game to force extra time and get the point they needed. The Swiss won in a shootout. There are no byes to the semifinals this year.

Norway and Germany will battle to stay in the top division in a best of 3 round between the two teams that were last in their respective group. Here's the relegation round schedule:

According to Mark Masters' twitter account after Canada's win over USA on Tuesday, Halifax Mooseheads goaltender Zach Fucale will start tomorrow night for Team Canada after a strong performance yesterday.
