HALIFAX MOOSEHEADS vs. CHARLOTTETOWN ISLANDERS

PREVIEW - Welcome back. After months of having a short lineup and thus having to call players up, which confused this fan, the Halifax Mooseheads will go into tonight's make up game with an almost full healthy lineup. Andrew Ryan is returning from a infection in his ankle that has kept him out for more than a month while Jonathan Drouin and Zach Fucale will be wearing red and green after spending two weeks wearing red and white in Sweden. It's a perfect night to return for Ryan who is celebrating his 20th birthday today.

A snow storm postponed their first meeting of 2014 back on January 3rd and with most of the country tuned into Calgary later tonight, your Mooseheads are playing one of two make up games on the QMJHL schedule. Normally with the CHL Top Prospects game being played, the Canadian Hockey League stops league play.


Halifax and Charlottetown met exactly one week ago on the island with the away team coming out on top with a 5-2 win.

LAST GAMES
The Mooseheads were hosts to the Acadie-Bathurst on Saturday and were able to have twice the amount of scoring as the Titan. Nikolaj Ehlers, who is playing in Calgary tonight, had another 2 goal game while Kevin Darveau made 19 saves to get the 4-2 win.

Charlottetown took on the Titan on Sunday but were unable to get past Jacob Brennan who made 39 saves on the Islanders 40 shots. Vladislav Lysenko had the only goal for the home while Mason McDonald, who is also in Calgary, made 26 saves in the 2-1 loss.
