More Memorial Cup Info Announced

The Canadian Hockey League along with the Halifax Mooseheads and Kia have announced the game times for each of the 9 matches that will be played during the 2019 Memorial Cup. With the tournament being broadcasted on national television via Sportsnet, the majority of games will be at 8pm Atlantic time. The CHL announced the schedule a couple months ago but just released the time of puck drop today. Halifax will host the national tournament from May 16-26, 2019 at the Scotiabank Centre. This will be the second time that the Mooseheads have hosted the Memorial Cup, the last being in 2000. Below you will find the full schedule;

Friday May 17    8PM   WHL vs. HAL
Saturday May 18    4:30PM   QMJHL vs. OHL
Sunday May 19    8PM   HAL vs. OHL
Monday May 20    8PM   QMJHL vs. WHL
Tuesday May 21    8PM   OHL vs. WHL
Wednesday May 22    8PM   HAL vs. QMJHL
Thursday May 23    8PM   Tie-breaker
Friday May 24    8PM   Semi-final
Sunday May 26    8PM    FINAL

 

Late last week, the hosting committee announced that in addition to full tournament packages (which are still on sale), fans can also purchase 2-game packages which will go on sale February 22 at 11am. These packages can be bought at the Ticket Atlantic Box Office, online at TicketAtlantic.com or by phone at 902-451-1221. They will start at $90 plus HST and service charge, and will include one game featuring the Halifax Mooseheads. For more information, click here.
