HALIFAX - After finishing the first round in five games on Friday evening, Halifax had to wait for a few days to know who their opponent would be in the quarterfinals. A few upsets on Tuesday night has given the Mooseheads the Charlottetown Islanders for a matchup. The Islanders finished the season 9th in the league and dispatched the Quebec Remparts in 7 games in the first round. While Halifax has the advantage in the season series between the two teams with the Islanders winning only 2 of the 9 games they played however as we have seen already and in the past, playoffs are a totally different ball game.
