Scotiabank Centre (10,595) ~ Halifax, NS

It's a battle of two of the top three league leading scorers tonight as your Halifax Mooseheads host the Victoriaville Tigres for a mid-week match. The Tigres have Vitalii Abramov who has the second most points so far this season while the young man with the third most is on the Mooseheads; Otto Somppi. With 6 of the top 20 scorers in the QMJHL participating in this one game, we should be in for a high scoring game. However, Halifax is going to want to lessen the amount of goals against after letting in 7 on Sunday evening. While the Herd remain one of the top teams in the league, they are coming off a bad loss and will have to show more jump against a team who has won three straight in Victoriaville. Come out and see if the Moose can rebound as they take on Anaheim Ducks prospect Maxime Comtois before the boys hit the road again.

This is the second and last game between these two teams this season. Halifax is 0-1-0-0 against the Tigres while Victoriaville has a 1-0-0-0 record versus the Mooseheads. The last matchup was October 22 in Victoriaville where the Herd were shutout losing 2-0 on the road with Alexis Gravel making 23 saves.
