CAMP: Moose cut two more, Somppi arrives

It's official. Everyone assumed but the Halifax Mooseheads made it official that they will go with the same goaltending duo that they had last season after another round of cuts were made today.

With those two cuts it leaves the training camp roster at 31.




Today, Otto Somppi arrived after taking part in the Ivan Hlinka Tournament in the Czech Republic. Somppi played for Finland and he had three points in the preliminary round. Today was his first day practicing with the team after a long trip from Finland. In an article posted by the team, it is not decided if he will play on Saturday in the exhibition game against the Charlottetown Islanders.
