The Halifax Mooseheads announced their first round of cuts this morning. Among them were 20 year olds Brandon Vuic and Sam Leblanc which means that the team has decided on who they would like their overagers to be. Halifax will be going with Eric Brassard, Danny Moynihan and Kelly Bent for the upcoming season which really is no surprise to anyone. The Mooseheads cut a total of 14 players over the weekend but didn't announce the names until this morning. Protected goalie Ryan Huestis tweeted early on Monday that he is looking forward to joining the Valley Wildcats this weekend. It leaves 32 players left in camp with Otto Somppi to join the team tomorrow.
