CAMP: Rookies Report on Wednesday

A new Halifax Mooseheads season will begin in a few days when training camp opens on Wednesday with player registration and the prospects arriving. The team announced schedule details for camp last week, which you can find here. 

The Mooseheads released the names today of the 47 players that will be participating in training camp over the next month. The roster breaks down to 4 goaltenders, 24 forwards and 19 defenceman. It consists of 22 returning players,  ten of the 12 2021 draft selections along with four free agent invitees plus more. I suspect the first cuts may be made by the end of the weekend before the veterans arrive.
