vs BAT

Your Halifax Mooseheads haven't played a game in a week and will be looking to get valuable points tonight when they take on the Acadie-Bathurst Titan on the road. Halifax will most likely be without rookie leading scorer Otto Somppi this evening after he participated in the BMO Top Prospects game last night on the west coast. Despite the fact that the Mooseheads traded most of their best players earlier this month, they have been in probably 60% of games since than but third periods have been hit or miss. Both teams are looking to get back into the win column after coming off losses last weekend.

Overall Records
Titan: 18-24-3-2 = 41 points (5th in Maritimes division, 16th overall)
Mooseheads: 15-27-5-1 = 36 points (6th in Maritimes division, 17th overall)

Leading Scorers
HAL: Maxime Fortier 60pts (26G & 34A), Otto Somppi 33pts (9G & 24A), Anthony Sorrentino 24pts (15G & 9A)
BAT: Christophe Bovin 52pts (25G & 27A), Mark Simpson 48pts (15G & 33A), Vladimir Kuznetsov 44pts (19G & 25A)

Last GamesAcadie-Bathurst is coming off a 3-1 defeat to the Islanders on the road. Jeffrey Truchon-Viel scored the lone goal for the Titan while Reilly Pickard stopped 50 of Charlottetown's 52 shots in the loss on Sunday evening.
