TRADE: Moose Acquire Veteran Goalie

Your Halifax Mooseheads announced their first  trade of the 2016 winter period today. The team stated that they have relinquished their 8th round draft pick in 2017 in exchange for Charlottetown's veteran goaltender Blade Mann-Dixon. The 19 year old will join the team next week and could potentially suit up against his former club in his first game for the Mooseheads when the Herd visit the Islanders on Wednesday. Mann-Dixon has a 3.16 goals against average and a 9-4-0-0 record in 16 games played so far this season for the black and gold.

The move to Halifax will be the Antigonish, NS native's fourth team in the Q. Check his career stats below:
