Halifax Mooseheads assitant coach Steve Hartley has accepted a job with the Chateauguay Grenadiers of the Quebec Major Midget AAA League for the 2014-15 season. He will become the teams head coach after assisting Dom Ducharme on the Mooseheads bench the past three years. The announcement was made official by the Grenadiers on Thursday morning. General Manager Cam Russell had
this to say about the move;
We hate to see Steve leave us, but it’s a good step for him in becoming a Head Coach. We want to thank him for his contributions to the team and wish him the best of luck moving forward.
Congrats to Steve and good luck with your new team.
